
If you follow me on Instagram, you know that I’ve been on a 28 days Keto Challenge. I’ve been posting the food I ate on insta story and I’ve also created a keto highlight.
Today I’m sharing my Keto Pancakes recipe, this is so easy and fun to make.
Ingredients
⁃ 2 tablespoons Coconut Flour
⁃ 2 tablespoons Almond Flour
⁃ 1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate powder
⁃ 1 egg
⁃ 1 teaspoon Stevia
⁃ Pinch of salt
⁃ 1/4 Almond milk
⁃ Cinnamon (optional)
⁃ Extra Virgin Olive Oil (for cooking the pancake)
Mix all the ingredients as you would for normal pancakes and cook on the pan using olive oil. You can have the pancakes with sugar free syrup (purchase from amazon) or in my case whip some double cream instead with some berries. Overall carbohydrates intake 7grams.
